Common Returns Questions
How do I make a return?
- Enter your email address in the field above to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized you’ll receive step-by-step instructions.
- Follow the instructions in the email to receive your prepaid shipping label via email.
- Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping bag and include the attached packing list inside. You can easily ship your return items in the package they were received in. You can reseal the bag with the seal on the tab, or firmly secure the tab with packing tape. Please ensure that your items are secured safely in the package with no holes or places it could easily tear.
Do you offer exchanges?
- We are happy to offer online exchanges for different sizes or different styles. Unworn items may be exchanged within 30 days after purchase. Note the reason why for the exchange and what item you would like in what size, and we will be happy to ship you a new product once your return has been received if requested item is in stock. You will be credited or charged the difference between the two returned item and the requested item. If the requested item is out of stock we will initiate a refund to you.
How long will it take to process my return?
It can take between 4-6 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your items are inspected, your return will be processed and you will typically receive your refund within 48 hours. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment. Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of processing of your return or exchange.
What items are returnable?
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date and must be accompanied by the generated return slip.
What items are non-refundable?
- Worn, altered, or washed merchandise
- Final Sale items (merchandise with an .88 cent price ending)
- Items not purchased at JNY.com
May I return an instore purchase online?
Only items purchased on JNY.com may be returned to JNY.com. If you purchased any Jones New York merchandise from any other retailer, you must return it to the retailer from which it was purchased.
